Very Fragrant

This thyme is more fragrant than the average grocery store one. I love it. I put it on most things. There's a noticeable difference when I use Burlap & Barrel compared to the average store bought stuff. Nice "secret" ingredient when you share a recipe. They'll never understand why theirs isn't as amazing.

Floral yet complex

It's so good, I really need to branch out from using it in the Oaxacan Old Fashioned with Cacao Spiced Sryup recipe from the B&B and Bittercube cocktail spice pack recipe booklet (included in a B&B subscription box)

Changed my mind about thyme!

I’ve never used much dried thyme in my cooking because I didn’t see it as very potent or flavorful…this changed my mind! It packs so much more punch than the dried thyme I have used in the past, and most of the time I’ll use this before I even reach for the fresh stuff from my garden! A wonderful staple!

Love your spices! They taste fresh, full of flavor and make a delicious difference in my cooking. The Royal Cinnamon is a favorite for baked goods, oatmeal and yogurt. Latest shipment of spices will be a gift for a friend moving into her new home
